Injuries and rehabilitation

Each page says who it is for, how the sessions go and what to bring. Club players, runners, weekend athletes: the method is the same, only the goal changes.

Your questions before a first session

Do I need a prescription?
For your sessions to be covered by the national health insurance, in most cases yes: bring the prescription from your doctor or surgeon to the first session. No prescription? Call the practice, we will tell you what is possible in your situation.
How are sessions reimbursed?
With a prescription, the national health insurance covers part of each session and your top-up insurance can cover the rest, depending on your contract. Bring your health card: we send the claim for you.
What should I bring to the first session?
Your prescription, your health card, your top-up insurance certificate, any X-ray, scan or surgery report, and comfortable clothes or shorts. A towel is welcome.
How many sessions will I need?
The prescription often gives a number of sessions. After the assessment, we tell you what seems realistic for your goals, and we keep your doctor informed if more, or fewer, are needed.
Do you come to the house?
Yes, in the mornings and within our area, when your doctor has indicated home visits on the prescription. Say so when you book.
What if I have to cancel?
Call us at least 24 hours before, please. Your slot can then go to a patient on the waiting list.
